Hey, my name is Güray and I joined FinTecSystems in September 2018.
As a trained IT systems administrator, I offer the perfect mix of commercial and technical skills for the Customer Success Department. Here, I support our customers in the onboarding phase and offer them technical support in their integration of our API.
My tasks also include conversion optimization for our customers and answering customer inquiries (1st and 2nd Lvl support). As ticket system we use Hubspot, which is also our CMS system. We use GitLab for the tickets that we pass on to development for processing. In addition, as a team we form the interface between our sales colleagues and the development department.
At regular meetings we are therefore in close contact with our IT colleagues. Thanks to the flexible working hours and a home office arrangement at FinTecSytsems, I can organize my time so that I can pick up my children from school or kindergarten. To motivate my colleagues, I also sometimes make sure that they are in a good mood at our Linden location and organize one or two after-work events.
