Office Manager (m/f/d)

FinTecSystems was founded in Munich in 2014 and is one of the leading banking API and smart data providers in Germany. In addition to an open banking platform, FinTecSystems has primarily focused on the analysis of financial data with an analytics platform.

We are looking for you as an office manager for our office in Linden.

Your tasks

  • You prepare our conference rooms for meetings (including follow-up)
  • You ensure that our kitchen is always in a clean condition (load and unload the dishwasher, clean the coffee machine regularly)
  • You ensure a basic order in the office (tidy tables and cupboards etc.)
  • You do not do any cleaning work, this is done by an external company
  • You have a driver’s license and could take over driving services
  • You are placing orders for office supplies
  • You accept packages
  • You answer our phone
  • You help us all to work more efficiently and you are the fairy godmother in the office

Your profile

  • You are a student or looking for a part-time job or on a € 450 basis (approx. 10 to 12 hours / week, Wednesdays and Fridays)
  • You are reliable and a team player
  • You have a sense of order and an eye for detail
